A Legacy of Flavors

"Khansaama" translates to the royal chef. Our story began decades ago in the bustling streets of Mumbai & Calicut, where our ancestors learned the delicate art of balancing the fierce heat of Malabar black pepper with the soothing richness of Mumbai's Traditional Delicacies.

Today, we bring that heritage to your table. Every grain of Basmati rice in our biryani is infused with slow-cooked aromas. Every parotta is layered by hands that have mastered the craft. We don't just serve food; we serve the history of the Malabar coast.

Signature Dishes

Al Fahm Mandi
Chicken Dum Biryani

Aromatic basmati layered with tender chicken, slow-cooked in traditional dum for rich, royal flavour.

OUR MASTERPIECES

Mutton Qorma

Succulent mutton in a deep, spiced gravy finished with signature taar for authentic Mughlai richness.

Charcoal-grilled chicken served over fragrant mandi rice with a perfectly balanced smoky finish.

Warmth of the Coast

Step into a space that echoes the traditional tharavads of Kerala. Brass lamps, dark wood, the scent of roasting spices, and hospitality that makes you feel like family.

Every bite at Malabar Khansaama feels like a royal feast, rich with the authentic flavors of Malabar and Mughlai traditions.
